How I work.

Coaching teenagers and young adults over the last decade and a half has provided a rich insight into problems with self disconnection, value and approval, acceptance from peers, and many other difficulties faced by developing adults. Through coaching and mentoring I have helped clients bring into their awareness, aspects of themselves that were slowing them down or contributing to a sense of feeling stuck. As my development continues, so does my ability to contribute towards your connection with self and your presence in the now. As a Psychotherapist in advance training, I offer a deeper, richer opportunity for you to build and share a space to find meaning, in our more profound emotional experiences.

HOw will we work together?

We can create a shared confidential space, where you can make sense of your experiences, connecting with yourself on a profound level.

​​The essence of our very humanity is relationship, with ourselves and with others. Often, we can gain insight into our problems when we examine these relationships, and doing so within our unique connection will be central to the work we do together.

Using my skills, knowledge, intuition, I will support you in navigating your internal world and help you understand how you relate to people and your environment. It is with this structure and support, that you grow as you connect with yourself.

 Individual Therapy.

​Sessions will take place at a mutually agreed time and day, each week, for 50 mins. At our initial consultation, we can explore your reasons for seeking therapy and experience what our time together will be like.

I work both short and long term open-ended. Depending on your expectations, we will work together for an agreed amount of time and review our work periodically.

Relationship Therapy.

You may be stuck in unhelpful patterns of relating and could benefit from support in finding new ways to connect with each other. We will have an initial assessment, where we will agree on how best to work together and commit to a further six sessions. We can then review our work together and decide whether to continue for a longer period.

    My approach is Integrative, Humanistic,Relational Transactional Analysis, and draw on a number of diverse yet appropriate schools of thought that we can explore and determine together whether they are right for you.
